Refurbishing Maplewood first aid squad HQ is part of Eagle Scout quest
The four teenage boys had gathered just before 3 on a rainy Sunday afternoon at the Maplewood First Aid Squad headquarters on Boyden Avenue, just across the parking lot from the community pool. They were all there to help Dustin Nelson, a 17-year-old Columbia High School junior, with his Boy Scout community service project: refurbishing the squad’s second-floor recreation room.Read more.
