Mr. Piszar has argued that reducing the number of deer in Millburn isn’t making the town any safer, and it’s not helping the forests either. Now she’s out to prove it. She plans to compile a study showing the 10-year effects of deer population control in the township. Her study will examine how much money http://twp.millburn.nj.us/Results-for-2007/2008-Deer-Management, how many deer were removed each year and what the replenishing rate has been.
